If clients are tied into a lease and they wish to exit the premises prior to expiry of the lease, we can handle the sub-let process and source suitable tenants to take over the lease. We can also assist with a mutual lease cancellation if required. This is where the landlord and tenant agree to cancel the lease by the tenant paying a cancellation fee, in which case no further damages will be incurred by the tenant.
